About Us
The Tree Company was established in 1998 by Tom Aldous with the aim of combining the latest in arboricultural theory, technique and equipment with environmental sensitivity and a focus on superior customer service.
Tom completed his Associate Diploma in Horticulture (Arboriculture) ay the University of Melbourne Burnley campus and after 2 years' experience with respected arborists, both in Melbourne and overseas, started his own arboricultural business.
The Tree Company is now amongst the most reputable and respected tree service providers in Melbourne. An expanding list of satisfied clients and an increasing number of large commercial projects are testament to the experience, expertise and quality of service provided by The Tree Company.

In addition to our aboricultural qualifications, team members have:
- Current Level 2 First Aid certification
- Chainsaw operation certification
- Aerial rescue qualifications
- Traffic management certification
- Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Red Card) certification
- Active participation in professional organisations
